Blackout Dates: In an attempt to control crowd sizes on our busiest days, season passes will not be valid on Oct. 21 or 22. They can, however, be used on Thursday and Monday of UEA weekend. The blackout dates are due to very large crowd sizes that weekend and this is our attempt to provide the safest and best experience possible for all of our guests throughout the season.
As an added bonus, we'll once again be offering season pass holders a special VIP Exclusive Night on Monday, September 26 from 4-9 pm. After buying your pass, please watch your email in the coming weeks for further details. In addition, we will have a Sneak Peek weekend this year on Sept. 23-24 (from 10 am to 11 pm) for any season pass or regular ticket purchasers to attend.
Additionally, we will be issuing season pass cards at the ticket booth September 20-22 from 2-6 pm. If you'd like to avoid the lines to get your card issued once we open, please come on one of these early days when there are typically no lines. Photos will be taken of cardholders, so each person needs to be present when you come to get your card issued.
